COVID-19 Information

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 threat, Clarity Eye Care has been following the CDC guidelines to help keep our patients and our team as safe as possible.  Recently, the CDC issued the recommendation to delay non-urgent eyecare appointments for at least the next several weeks.  We believe that following this recommendation is the best thing we can do for the health and well being of our community.  As a result:

  1. From Wednesday, March 18-Friday, March 20, our office will be open normal hours but we will be rescheduling all non-urgent eyecare appointments.  If you have an eye emergency, please call our office and one of our optometrists will be able to see you by appointment.
  2. From Wednesday, March 18-Friday, March 20, in an attempt to limit person to person contact, we will be offering curbside pickup of eyeglasses and contact lenses. If you have been notified by our team that your eyeglasses or contacts are here, please call our office and we will arrange a time that works best for you.  Once you arrive at the office, call us from your vehicle and one of our team members will bring your glasses or contacts out to you.
  3. Beginning on Monday, March 23, our office will be open with modified clinic hours and we will be seeing urgent eye emergencies by appointment only. If you have questions of any sort, we will have a team member available to answer your call and deliver the same personalized service that we have always delivered.
  4. If you need emergency repair or replacement of your only pair of glasses, or if you need a supply of contact lenses to get you through until your next comprehensive eye exam, we will be happy to help. Contact lens orders may be shipped directly to your house or picked up via curbside delivery at Clarity Eye Care as long as we are able to do so.

Thank you for trusting Clarity Eye Care and know that we are here as a resource for you during these challenging times.  Be kind and offer grace and understanding to one another.  We believe in the strength of our communities and are looking forward to better times ahead.
